Meetings of Clanfield Parish Council take place on the third Monday of every month except August when the Council is in recess.  Meetings are held at The Carter Institute, The Green, Clanfield, OX18 2SR and begin at 7.00pm . Members of the public can attend any meeting and it would be appreciated if you would advise the clerk in advance.

The agenda for Parish Council meetings are displayed on the village notice board seven days before every meeting.
